MAIL COMMAND

All players can now use /trigger mail to send items and messages to other players on the Snapshot Server, even if they're offline!

How to use:
- Run /trigger mail and click [Send Mail]
- Choose the player you want to send mail to on the menu.
- Optionally you can use [Search Offline Players] to search for their name.

- If you want to send items you need to be holding that item when you attach it.

- Use a Book & Quill to send a message, the contents of the first page will be used as the "message" of the mail.
